C674X_0: Trouble Writing Register PC: (Error -1176 @ 0xDAA0) Unable to access device memory. Verify that the memory address is in valid memory. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.232.0)

退出Debug模式，重新插拔一下仿真器，再连接。

这个一般是ccs5的稳定性问题，把ccs关闭重新启动ccs一般都可以解决
